Sexual yoga is a form of exercise. Through which we can make our sex life happy, For a happy married life, regular sex is necessary along with good compatibility between husband and wife. Everyone wants a happy sex life. However, it is often seen that due to sexual problems, there is turmoil in the family, which sometimes leads to divorce. So it is important to be careful in advance to avoid marital problems.

The main advantage of sexual yoga , it is very easy to do indoors— is reducing stress. Researchers suggest that regular sexual yoga practice helps reduce stress level.  Tension can have many negative effects on the body, and decreased sexual desire is one of them. Sexual yoga makes people mentally and physically strong.

Kegel exercise:

Kegel exercise or pelvic floor exercise is an excellent exercise. It works very well for married men who have premature ejaculation and erectile problems. This exercise is very effective for those who have problems with urination such as frequent urination or urination with coughing or sneezing. These problems can occur with age, after childbirth, constipation, surgery, excessive masturbation. If you have any of these problems, you can do exercise. Hopefully, if you do it regularly, you can get better without any surgery.80 years ago today, American gynecologist Arnold Kegel first introduced the idea of   Kegel exercises to solve urinary leakage in women without surgery. Now it is asked for women and men to do it regularly.

Rules for doing Kegel exercises

Urinate and empty the bladder before exercising. Then lie flat on the floor and straighten the mat with both legs and hold it for five seconds and then bring it back to the normal position. Such a day should be done for three hours and five minutes.

Nerve exercises: 

It is very easy to do. Sit straight and breathe normally and hold the toilet tightly as you hold urine. After holding it for 10 seconds, release it normally and hold it again for 10 seconds. Do this five times. Then you have to fasten it ten times and then release it. This exercise is very effective. Doing this exercise regularly will solve the problem of ejaculation quickly.

When will the result be available?

It may take some time for each individual, but within four to six weeks, urinary problems may disappear. Erectile dysfunction may last for two months. It may take up to 4 to 6 months for penile problems to resolve. But it should be done regularly to get good results.

How many times a day should you do this exercise?

It should be done three times a day for five minutes.

However, there are some caveats in doing this exercise:

 If you want to do this exercise, you have to do it regularly otherwise it will not work. This exercise cannot be done while urinating. If there is no result after doing this exercise for two months, consult a doctor. In order to get good results, pay close attention when the muscles are contracted. Breathe normally while exercising. Breathing can’t be held or blocked.  Before exercising, masturbation or porn can’t be seen.
